Ask Your Body To Do Something Different Or It Never Will

About a month ago, I had a woman contact me.  She stated, “I need to lose 20 more pounds.  I have lost 5 pounds in the course of about three months and I have basically hit a wall.  I bust my butt working out, pushing myself to the max everyday of the week for hours.”

My response, “Ask your body to do something different or it never will.  Less is more.”

This woman is now a current client for about a month and has gotten down to a weight that she hasn’t been before pregnancy (4 years ago).”
