New Mom Fitness Routine — Try This Sample Circuit

Given the challenges that many women face after having a baby, I’ll be sharing a few training regimens that I recommend for new mothers. Be on the look out for a few more to come and give them a try. All will be relatively brief, yet effective for your overall fitness.

Here’s a sample training circuit that should be helpful for new moms looking to get back into shape. My assistant Lexie recently had a baby, so we’re working with bringing her up to speed, while maintaining proper care and caution for her body.
